Description
KARAM Safety PN561 is a certified industrial safety helmet offering the advanced structural strength of quadro corrugation combined with smooth slider type adjustment for reliable, comfortable fit in construction, electrical, and industrial work environments across the UAE, GCC, and globally.
The polypropylene co-polymer shell provides excellent resistance to impact, UV degradation, and chemical splashes, ensuring the helmet maintains its protective performance throughout its certified service life. Quadro corrugation — four-direction ribbing across the helmet shell — delivers significantly enhanced structural rigidity compared to standard dual-corrugated helmets, improving resistance to side and crown impacts. This makes the PN561 the preferred KARAM head protection choice for structural steel, tower, and heavy construction applications where multi-direction impact hazards exist.
Increased vertical clearance between the shell and the headband harness creates a critical shock-absorbing gap that maximises energy dissipation during a fall-of-object impact event — reducing the transmitted force to the wearer’s head and skull. The slider type adjustment system allows smooth, stepless headband sizing to fit a wide range of head circumferences, providing a firm, comfortable grip during all working activities.
The PN561 passes a 5kV proof voltage test and withstands up to 10kV, certifying it for electrical installation, substation, and power utility work across UAE and GCC energy and infrastructure projects. KARAM Safety helmets are manufactured to international standards and are distributed through KARAM Safety DMCC, Dubai, ensuring full product availability for GCC procurement.
